A walk on performance by the Gulfport Gecko Amalgamated Marching Band and a powerful lineup of guest speakers will get things started at noon. Gulfport’s own Solar Flair rock band, representing Festival beneficiary ProjectFREE, will kick off the diverse live music lineup.
